Inactive accounts

Under the terms and conditions, inactive accounts that have been inactive for 12 months will be charged a fee of 300 PHP per month. You will be notified before the fees are charged.

Deposits

Refunds or disputes of deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 60 PHP.

Identity verification may be required before withdrawal.

Withdrawals are made to the original payment method used.

Payment transactions and processors

You are responsible for all payments and must not cancel or dispute transactions to avoid liability. Third-party terms and conditions apply.

Errors

Spinbetter is not responsible for errors or system failures. Excess amounts must be returned immediately and errors corrected.

Game rules, refunds and cancellations

Game results are final after 72 hours. Refunds are available in the event of cancellation during this period. Minimum and maximum bets are subject to change.

Notifications and announcements

Notifications are sent to the registered email address or published on the website. You may receive promotional messages, which you can opt out of.

Circumstances beyond our control

Spinbetter is not responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

Liability

Fraud

Actions related to illegal activities, the spread of viruses or unauthorised advertising are prohibited. Violations will result in account cancellation and possible legal consequences.

Violation of Terms

Failure to comply with the terms may result in suspension or cancellation of your account without prior notice.

General Provisions

The terms remain in effect for as long as you use the service. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions, the English version shall take precedence.
